Acceptable Stay with Food Issues
hot snack canned beverage
The room had a big bed and a couch.
I booked a night's stay and the food was disappointing. The lounge lacked hot snack items and the beverages seemed canned. Dinner starters were not hot and the chef was unapologetic about it.

inconsistent food quality and service annoy
wooden combs shaving sticks cold food unhelpful staff
the rooms were good and they had wooden combs and shaving sticks.
i booked the club room expecting a good experience, but the food was a letdown, it was cold and the staff was unhelpful when i asked for tea, it never arrived. the chef was unapologetic about the cold food at dinner.

nice location fantastic team
Location is nice, allowing access to terminal 1 and terminal 2. Breakfast was best, very safe and the team is fantastic.
i found overpowering smell of roadside jasmine freshener sprayed. it gave me a headache stepping onto the elevator landings.

The housekeeping staff kept everything super clean. the restaurant staff were really good, especially mr john. He was very attentive! chef johny and his team were courteous. They ensured i got the best meals prepared and served.

spacious room modern amenities excellent soundproofing respectful staff
The room I had booked was supremely spacious. It also included modern amenities. I noticed excellent soundproofing DESPITE the hotel being near the airport runway. Every staff member was courteous.
The evening cocktail hours end EARLY. I wish they extended them later.

The front desk staff offered assistance with luggage storage. Concierge services were available to arrange transportation. The staff ALWAYS responded promptly to requests, which I appreciate.
